Cancellations    Please contact WizePrint – Printing & Advertising at (520) 638-7144 within 24 hours to cancel all or part of your order.  Your card will not be charged until this period of time has passed.

Return Policy  WizePrint – Printing & Advertising on-line store does not have a return policy for personalized items unless the item has a manufacturer defect(s), or has been damaged during transit.  Please inspect your shipment IMMEDIATELY upon delivery and notify orders@wizeprintaz.com of the problem within 5 business days.  For NON-IMPRINTED items there is a 40% re-stocking fee plus shipping charges upon receipt of a return authorization number from returns@wizeprintaz.com  

Shipping    In-stock items will take from 3-15 business days via UPS or Federal Express ground services.  Please notify orders@wizeprintaz.com for special instructions or expedited shipping charges.
